Verify loan figures and prepare all necessary documents for mortgage modifications.? Process all mortgage loan payoffs and release requests.? Handle mortgage servicing functions to include: updating and disbursing homeowners insurance and tax bills, HELOC rate changes and assist with annual escrow analysis.? New mortgage application and post-closing mortgage processing.? Processing recorded documents.? Assist in the consumer loan processing area.?
